ATIKOPA's primary goal is to impart the Buddha's teachings in a comprehensive and direct manner, meeting the needs of modern men and women seeking spiritual and physical cultivation. It provides systematic learning and training courses, as well as all the necessary external conditions, enabling practitioners to follow a consistent path. Abiding in Dzogchen also strives to awaken practitioners' wisdom and compassion, thereby benefiting lives worldwide.

Atikopa is a Tibetan word meaning abiding in the Great Perfection. It is the highest and ultimate goal pursued by practitioners of Tibetan Buddhism. All of the Buddha's teachings are directed towards this goal. This state of realizing the true primordial nature of mind is the highest level of realization of the true nature of mind. Through this process of awakening the pure true nature, practitioners experience eternal joy that transcends religious boundaries.

ATIKOPA offers a series of unique meditation courses. Through accessible and profound teaching methods, it infuses the ancient wisdom of Tibetan Buddhism into modern life in diverse contexts. These courses include learning wisdom to cope with modern life and society; meditation methods for body, mind, and spirit well-being; and facing death with equanimity. Special courses are also available for volunteers and working professionals.
